In the Waterford area you will find a locally owned and operated home care business that began in 2001 with the desire to serve the needs of our community's elderly adults. Our goal is to provide seniors with the opportunity to age with the dignity and pride they deserve in the comfort of their own home, wherever "home" may be.
Glenna Yaroch is owner of the Home Instead Senior Care franchise office which has been serving the North Oakland County area since 2001. In addition to owning and operating her franchise, Glenna servces on the Professional Advisory Board for the Michigan Parkinson Foundation. Prior to owning Home Instead, Glenna worked as a licensed physical therapist for 20 years. During that time Glenna balanced her career with elderly grandparents and parents in need of help at home. Glenna's grandfather had Alzheimer's disease and required constant safety supervision and assistance with his daily routine. It was that personal experience of caring for loved ones while working and raising her own family that inspired Glenna to want to help others in her same situation. That is why Home Instead Senior Care is very personal to her.
